How are your treats prepared?
Our treats are slow air‑dried to gently remove moisture while preserving natural flavour. This all‑natural process uses no preservatives or additives, just pure, single‑ingredient Australian product.
    
Where is your shark cartilage sourced?
Our shark cartilage is a byproduct of human consumption, sourced from Gummy Sharks listed as “Least Concern” by the IUCN. We work only with suppliers who follow sustainable and responsible harvesting practices.
    
Are KAHU's lick mats and slow-feeder bowls dishwasher and freezer safe?
Yes, both are dishwasher safe and freezer safe.  They're made from 100% food-grade silicone and designed for everyday use.
